The Site provides educational content about pet insurance for U.S. dog and cat owners. You may access and read the content on the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Educational nature of the content
The Site is an educational publication. Articles on the Site are not legal, financial, insurance, tax, veterinary, or medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PetInsureLab and its contributors, owners, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site, (b) any content obtained from the Site, or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Indemnification

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
